We didnt have much interaction with the staff but what we did was always a pleasant experience. We regret that, in some respects, we have not fully met your expectations on this occasion, however, we will review all the issues raised and will continue to work to introduce all possible improvements. Back to a nice private apartment with pool for us and the time isn't an issue regarding getting a lounger at your leisure. You have to speak to reception to ask for it to be kept on whilst you are out, however, it was still always really warm in the room, when we returned, the air-con clearly doesnt stay on and is very poor when it is on.
